• Customers earn 1 Charm for every $1 spent in store or online at The Bizarre Bazaar across all participating brands.

• Charms are calculated on the final transaction value after discounts are applied.

• Delivery and shipping costs do not accrue Charms.

• Gift cards, workshops, and special event tickets may be excluded from earning Charms.

• Once 100 Charms are reached, customers receive $10 off a future purchase.

• Charms are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred between customers.

• Charms cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

• Charms expire 12 months after the date they are earned unless otherwise stated.

• The Bizarre Bazaar reserves the right to modify or cancel the Charmed Loyalty Program at any time.

• Fraudulent or abusive behaviour may result in removal from the program.
